NextGen Global Executive Search is a Christian based business where we believe in commitment to the community and where there is a need.  In trying economic times as these, we also feel the need to be involved in our local churches and para church organizations.  We annually give to various church Benevolence Funds in order to feed and fund the local community.

A percentage of each placement fee and consulting fee we take in goes to the work of NextGen Charities. Our mission is to support those who minister to the forgotten of society the Good News of what Jesus has done for them on the cross, how much God the Father loves them, and to see miracles of healing and change in these forgotten lives.

It is the responsibility of every Christian to submit to a higher calling. As such, NextGen Charities follows what Jesus asks of all of us in Matthew 25:35-40:  I was hungry and you fed me, I was thirsty and you gave me a drink, I was homeless and you gave me a room, I was shivering and you gave me clothes, I was sick and you stopped to visit, I was in prison and you came to me.’

If Jesus were walking among us physically today, He would not be found in a gated community; neither in Starbucks, a stock portfolio, or in a cathedral church. He would be where the forgotten are – the homeless, abused and neglected children, the barely clothed, the hungry, the poor who are physically disabled and those who have debilitating mental conditions. So that is where NextGen Charities comes in.

NextGen Charities believes in strong community and giving back to those in need.  With NextGen Charities, we have a variety of charities that we give to on an annual basis.  Some of our recent charitable endeavors consist of:

• The Women’s Safe House, a women’s homeless shelter for single women with children located in St. Louis, MO.
• The Tennessee Children’s’ Home. Tennessee Children’s Home is committed to serving abused, neglected, abandoned, wayward, or orphaned children and youth, as well as their families, in a Christian manner.
• Welcome Home Ministries out of Nashville, TN, a ministry who is positioned to enter the world of brokenness in order that they might experience wholeness in Christ.
• Prison Fellowship, a ministry that reaches into prison cells proclaiming the hope, redemption, and healing power of Jesus Christ.
