Confidentiality and Trust

We will never reveal your name, send your information to a client, or reveal the name of your current employer WITHOUT your authorization. We may discuss potential opportunities with you and if interested, will exchange enough information with you to get a preliminary sense of your interest about a particular opportunity.

Interviews with our Team

Our process is comprised of talking with you by phone to receive enough information to have a preliminary sense of your fit for the role. If interest is evident and you’ve been preliminarily assessed as a potential fit, we will set up in-depth interviews and ask you to fill out questionnaires. After a 2nd assessment, we may conduct additional interviews by phone, video conference, and face-to-face interviews.
