Performance Profiling
NextGen Global Executive Search team meets or confers with the Client early and often, beginning with two sessions to develop a Search Profile. We listen to the client and get a clear understanding of the Client’s market position, Board vision, the unique attributes of the position for which we are retained, and ascertain the corporate culture.
We then develop a comprehensive Performance Profile of the ideal candidate, taking into consideration the various attributes the client seeks – the tangibles (demonstrated skills and intelligence, education, experience and adaptability, personal and professional background, corporate culture/company lifecycle experiences) and the intangibles based on behavioral profiling (thinking process, reasoning and persistence traits, motivational factors, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, planning and organization techniques, execution and project management skills, and leadership qualities).
